Get more clicks from your link in bio

4 min read Updated October 22, 2026

Short answer

Open Link-in-bio → Activity to see views and clicks per button. Move what works to the top, highlight the one link that matters, schedule drops, and add an email signup so visitors who don’t click still stay in touch.

See what gets tapped

Link-in-bio → Activity shows views, button clicks and click rate for all your pages, and per page which buttons get tapped and where visitors come from. In the editor, every button shows its clicks for the last 30 days.

Order matters

The top two buttons get most of the taps. Move your best performer up, and drop buttons that nobody clicks. Drag a button to reorder it.

Highlight the one that matters

On Pro, a button can pulse, shine or wobble so it stands out. Use it for one link at a time, like a new release, so it keeps meaning something. Open the button’s Options to set it.

Schedule drops

Give a button a start date and it stays hidden until then, completely: it isn’t even in the page’s data, so nobody can find the link early. An end date takes it down when a promo is over.

Small things that add up

  • Site icons: each button shows the logo of where it goes. People recognise YouTube or Spotify faster than they read.
  • Section headers: on a longer page, headers help visitors find what they came for.
  • A clear button text: "New video: my studio tour" beats "YouTube".

Keep the visitors who don’t click

Most visitors leave without tapping anything. An email signup at the bottom of your page turns some of them into subscribers you can reach next time. See Collect emails with free downloads for what to offer in return.
